Actually Rock Band is a copy of Rock Band. Guitar Hero came out first and then some idiots decided to make a game similiar to Guitar Hero but with square notes.
If you knew your facts, half the Guitar hero team was FIRED after GH 2 and made RB, the remaining made GH 3 and now WT. RB is shit all over, I simply dont understand how anyone could think the mechanics are more enjoyable. Retarded. Anyway there is “copying” involved, but because they had worked on the shit as a team before, both sides are holders of the rights to construct such technology. So, as it is, RB is just a shitty version of what both sides were working on. WT took time to perfect.
