Here is a guide to finding all of the Call of Duty 4 intel locations. They will get you two achievement on the 360 so good luck! The first achievement is when you find 15 of the 30 enemy intel. Then the last achievement is achieved when you find all 30. If you ever need help with finding any Intel throughout the Call of Duty 4 Story Mode, just comment below and I will help you find them. For Intel #23 – One Shot, One Kill. The doors will not open if you sit and wait by them, enemies have an “Area Sensor” so they never spawn next to you, it is meant to make the game more fare.
